GreenPod Development, founded by Ann Raab and partner Suzanne DeVall, designs, manufactures and markets custom modular homes. Prefab Homes are based on compact, modular "Pods" ranging in size from 300 to 800 squre feet. Larger prefab homes are possible by combining multiple Pods.
